Infobip: Token Governance
Problem
A shared UI foundation only scales when teams agree on what the tokens mean, how they are applied, and when they should change. Without that governance, design primitives quickly drift across products and frameworks.
Process
I helped define and operationalize the token layer behind the Infobip system, working closely with senior design partners to translate design principles into implementation-ready primitives. The focus was not just naming tokens, but giving teams a consistent logic for typography, spacing, color, and state behavior.
Solution + Outcome
The result was a more dependable source of truth for designers and engineers. Governance reduced ambiguity, improved consistency across products, and made the shared foundation more durable as adoption spread across the organization.
