Infobip: Framework-Agnostic UI Foundation
Problem
The product ecosystem was fragmented across frameworks and teams, causing inconsistent implementation, duplicated UI effort, and scaling bottlenecks.
Process
I proposed and architected a framework-agnostic foundation based on vanilla HTML/CSS principles and tokenized design rules. I partnered closely with senior designers to define core visual principles and supported teams adopting the system inside their own product contexts.
Solution + Outcome
The shared foundation became a single source of truth across 10+ teams and 20+ products, reducing design debt and enabling more consistent UI quality in both React and Vue-based applications.
