Problem
Even the strongest design system can stall if teams do not know how to adopt it in real product contexts. Distributed teams needed a practical path for integrating the shared foundation into their own workflows.
Process
I acted as a technical advocate for the system, helping teams understand how to consume the foundation, where it fit within React and Vue products, and how to align implementation with the intended design principles. That work included guidance, enablement, and direct collaboration across different product surfaces.
Solution + Outcome
The playbook reduced adoption friction and helped more teams use the shared foundation with confidence. It turned the system from a static artifact into an operating model that could spread across a large organization more effectively.
