External mortgage partners needed a smoother way to submit leads into the system without creating unnecessary friction or data quality issues. The intake flow had to support urgency while still capturing the right information for internal teams.
Process
I mapped the submission journey, identified validation points, and designed the intake experience to balance clarity with speed. The goal was to make the flow usable for external agents while ensuring internal stakeholders received structured, reliable input.
Solution + Outcome
The resulting lead intake flow reduced ambiguity, improved submission clarity, and created a stronger bridge between external users and the internal loan workflow. It became an important part of the broader Partner App experience.
