Cimmaron: Mortgage Partner CRM
Problem
Mortgage operations required a reliable way for external partners to submit leads and track loan progress in real time, while internal teams needed cleaner workflows and clearer handoff points.
Process
As part of a small high-velocity team, I owned discovery-to-delivery work: UX research, wireframes, UI system definition, and frontend architecture. I built the Partner App from scratch to connect external agents with loan officers through clear status transitions and responsive workflows.
Solution + Outcome
The shipped React experience improved operational clarity for partner users, supported real-time status tracking, and established a stronger UX baseline for subsequent mortgage-focused product surfaces.
